Ingredients
- 250 g blueberries, fresh
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), including the juice
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 50 g whole rain oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon blossom honey, creamy

- Puree the blueberries with the lemon juice and buttermilk in a tall measuring cup with a blender and fill into four glasses.
- Melt the butter in a pan, stir-fry the oat flakes and honey for about 3 - 5 minutes until golden brown, remove from the heat, allow to cool and distribute on the shake.
