Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 400 g tartare
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning
  • marjoram
  • parsley
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 250 ml milk, low-fat 1.5% fat
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 60 g cream cheese, low in fat, up to 1% fat
  • 480 g noodles, cooked (approx. 160 dry)
  • 4 tablespoon cheese, grated, up to 30% fat

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Dice the onions, chop the garlic cloves and sauté both together in oil in a large pan. Add the tartare and fry it, season with salt, pepper and pizza seasoning.
  3. Cut the kohlrabi and carrots into fine sticks, cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, drain, add to the tartar and fry with them. Deglaze with the milk and stock and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  4. Chop the parsley and stir in with the marjoram, tomato paste and cream cheese. Season to taste with nutmeg and paprika powder.
  5. Mix the pasta with the Bolognese mixture, place in a large baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 ° C for about 25 minutes.
  6. A mixed green salad tastes good with it (charge extra!)
