Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 5 onion (s), chopped
  • 250 g rice (lon rain rice)
  • 0.75 liter ¾ meat broth
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 1 can peas
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Basil, dried

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in oil in the pressure cooker, add the onions and fry them, season with salt, pepper, paprika and basil. Add rice, broth and tomato paste. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 7-8 minutes, then let the saucepan evaporate and open it. Add the peas and heat them up.
  2. Season to taste and serve.
