- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 medium egg (s)
- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder

- Put margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix well with a hand mixer. Add low-fat quark, flour mixed with baking powder and lemon juice and stir well. Put everything in a greased springform pan.
