Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 100 g chocolate flakes
- 2 egg (s)
- 150 grams sugar
- 125 g butter
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 6 chocolate bars (Bounty)

- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa and grated chocolate together. Add the butter and buttermilk. Then beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy and fold in. Cut the bounties into small pieces and add to the mass. Spread everything with teaspoons on a muffin tray lined with paper liners. It is best to always insert two paper cases, then it will come out of the mold better later. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and then bake the muffins for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool for 5 - 10 minutes.
- If you want, you can sprinkle the muffins with cream while serving, then add a little chocolate sauce and the small mini bounties to decorate. Tastes incredibly delicious and is also ideal for a children`s birthday party.
