Ingredients
- 125 ml grenadine
- 125 ml lemon juice
- 500 ml pineapple juice
- 1 bottle rum, white
- 700 g pineapple, diced, preferably fresh
- 500 g strawberries
- mineral water

- Put the grenadine syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, rum and pineapple cubes in a punch bowl. Mix everything together and leave to stand, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- In the meantime, wash the strawberries, pluck the stems and add to the punch just before serving. Top up with mineral water.
