Braised Pork with Beans in Spicy Tomato Sauce

A nutritious meat dish for a family dinner – braised pork with beans in a spicy tomato sauce. The advantage of this recipe is that it uses ready-made canned beans in a tomato.

Ingredients

  • Pork (pulp) – 350 g
  • Canned beans in tomato sauce – 1 can (400 g)
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground chili pepper – to taste
  • Water – 1 glass (250 ml)

For filing:

  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Hard cheese – 2 tbsp
  • Green onion – 2-3 stalks

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into small cubes. Chop the garlic with a knife.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon in a frying pan. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Fry the onion and garlic over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cut the pork into small cubes.
  4. Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a frying pan (1 tablespoon). Fry pieces of meat over high heat until lightly golden brown on all sides.
  5. Add fried onions with garlic and ketchup to the pan with meat. We mix.
  6. Pour pork with onions, garlic and ketchup in a glass of water and bring to a boil.
    Cover with a lid and simmer the pork over medium heat for 10-15 minutes (until the meat is tender).
  7. Put the canned beans from the jar with the liquid to the stew. Salt, season with chili. You can adjust the spiciness of the dish as you wish. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer the pork and beans in a spicy tomato sauce for 10 minutes.
  8. We distribute pork with beans in hot sauce on plates. Add sour cream, chopped green onions and grated cheese to each portion. Serve hot pork with beans to the table.
