Ingredients

1 lettuce (sugar loaf), cut into strips
100 g bacon, mixed, smoked, cut into strips
1 shallot (s), finely chopped
100 g crème fraîche, more if you like
salt and pepper
nutmeg

Instructions

Fry the bacon strips, sauté the chopped shallot briefly, then add the sugar loaf cut into strips, stew as firm to the bite as you like, stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper, if you like a little nutmeg.
