Bread Croutons

Ingredients

  • Black stale bread – 0.5 pcs. (taste)
  • or white stale bread – 0.5 pcs. (taste)
  • For salted croutons:
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Hops-suneli – 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)

For sweet croutons:

  • Sugar – 1-2 tbsp (to taste)
  • Cinnamon – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

  1. The products for the recipe are in front of you. Turn on the oven.
  2. Cut stale black or white bread into thin slices.
  3. Cut into small squares.
  4. Put on a baking sheet, sprinkle with water.
  5. Then sprinkle with salt (can be with suneli hops) or sugar (can be with cinnamon).
  6. Place the baking sheet with bread on the middle shelf. Dry in the oven with the door open at 90 ° C (about 15 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  7. Bread croutons are ready.
