Bread Pudding with Raisins

Despite the simplicity of the bread pudding recipe and simple ingredients, the dessert turns out to be delicious and unusual.

Ingredients

  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Large eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Milk 1% – 2 glasses
  • Raisin Cinnamon Bread (Diced) – 5 cups
  • Raisins in chocolate – 1 glass
  • Odorless vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine sugar and eggs in a large bowl and beat well. Add milk to this mixture. Then add the bread cubes and mix well. Add raisins, stir again.
  3. Grease a square shape, about 20×20 cm in size with vegetable oil. Put the bread mass in an oiled dish, leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake the bread pudding for about 55 minutes. Serve the pudding in plated bowls immediately.
