Ingredients
- 15 g yeast, fresh (or 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast)
- 630 g spelled flour, (alternatively wheat flour)
- 1 ½ tablespoon skimmed milk powder
- 2 tablespoon honey, (or agave syrup)
- 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon butter, (or alba oil)
- 2 egg (s)
- 225 ml milk, fill up to 370 with water
- Chocolate decor (drops), 2.5 measuring cups full

- 900 g bread
- Program: normal
- TIPS:
- The cinnamon and the skimmed milk powder can be omitted.
- Whisk the eggs and fill up with water and milk to the required amount. The water can also be replaced entirely by milk.
- Slowly add the chocolate after the acoustic signal.
- Do not use normal chocolate or chocolate sprinkles. They melt.
