- 1 glass asparagus
- 100 g cooked ham
- 100 g cheese, (Gouda)
- some breadcrumbs
- some oil
- 2 egg (s)
- 500 g potato (s), predominantly waxy
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce
- salt

- Boil the peeled potatoes as boiled potatoes.
- Beat the eggs, place in a deep plate and whisk, put the breadcrumbs in a second plate.
- Now place a slice of boiled ham on each board, a slice of Gouda cheese and 4 stalks of asparagus on top. First wrap the cheese around the asparagus, then the ham. Secure with toothpicks (don`t forget to remove them afterwards!).
- Turn the parcels first in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and then fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat the hollandaise sauce. Drain the cooked potatoes, distribute them on the plates, place the asparagus parcels next to them and serve with the sauce.
- A fresh, crunchy, mixed salad tastes good with it.
