- 2 tomato (s), sliced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg (s), whisked
- 1 teaspoon parsley, smooth, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoon oil

- Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm thick slices. Whisk the egg, add the garlic and parsley, finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper.
- Dust the tomato slices with flour, pull them through the egg mixture and then roll them through breadcrumbs.
