Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack yeast, fresh
  • 40 g suar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 130 g butter, melted and cooled
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 200 g marzipan, rated
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Stir the yeast in 1/3 amount of milk, add a little sugar and let it rise to the steam.
  2. Knead with all the ingredients to make the yeast dough until the dough loosens from the bottom, let rise for approx. 45 min - then stir again with a wooden spoon and put the dough in a greased springform pan, let rise again for approx. 20 min, bake at 180 degrees approx. 30-35 min.
  3. 2nd variant:
  4. Whole wheat flour is also good:
  5. half the amount of dough (then take 1 egg + 1 egg yolk and 1 packet of dry yeast) is a good way to bake a loaf of bread, baking time approx. 25 min.
  6. This not too sweet breakfast bread tastes particularly good with butter and jam on it.
