Breakfast Cereal Cake with Boiled Condensed Milk and Cocoa (no Baked Goods)

Chocolate ball cake (breakfast cereals) with honey-chocolate creamy icing and boiled condensed milk. Cake without baking and kneading dough! Fast, tasty, and mega chocolate!

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Dry breakfast (chocolate balls) – 200 g
  • Condensed milk boiled – 350 g
  • Butter – 100 g (+ for greasing the mold, optional)
  • Honey – 80 g
  • Cream 20-33% fat – 50 ml
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Place butter, honey, and cream in a saucepan. I used 33% cream. Set the saucepan over moderate heat and heat until all ingredients are melted, stirring constantly with a spatula.
  2. Add cocoa powder. While stirring vigorously, bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. From the moment of boiling, make a small heat and simmer the chocolate mass for 3 minutes, stirring constantly with a spatula. Turn off heat and cool the chocolate frosting slightly for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Measure out 50 g of corn balls from the total and set them aside. Pour the chocolate icing into more balls.
  5. Mix well so that all balls are covered with a layer of chocolate mass.
  6. I used a split ring to shape the cake. I set the dia to 17.5 cm. I laid the side on the inside with an acetate film (if you wish, you can grease it with butter). Place the iced chocolate balls in a mold and tamp.
  7. Spread the boiled condensed milk on top.
  8. Add remaining corn balls and tamp gently. Send the unbaked chocolate cake to the refrigerator for 5 hours.
  9. Remove the ring carefully.
