Ingredients
- 2 rolls, round, as high as possible
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), diced
- 2 slices cooked ham
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon parsley or chives
- 3 tablespoon mozzarella or gratin cheese
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 2 piece (s) aluminum foil approx. 30 x 30 cm

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Cut the bun so that the lower half is 2/3. Then hollow out this half. Place a slice of ham on half of the roll, simply cut off the protruding part. Place half of the bun on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle the ham with diced paprika and a little pepper. Beat the egg and let it slide into the bun. Sprinkle with the herbs. Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of gratin cheese or mozzarella on top, carefully put on the lid and loosely seal the aluminum foil.
- Bake the rolls in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until the egg has set.
