  • 2 egg whites
  • 50 g oatmeal, tender
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 5 g coconut oil
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana with a fork. Mix and stir everything else.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and spray or brush with fat. Now add a tablespoon of thalers to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Dust the thalers with a little cinnamon.
  4. If you like, you can also add some vanilla pulp to the recipe, or serve apple sauce with it. The imagination knows no limits.
