Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel or pork roulades
  • 1 packet cream cheese (Bresso) with herbs
  • 4 slices bacon or beef jerky
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 250 g broccoli
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the schnitzel thinly or pound them flat. First brush with Bresso, then cover with a slice of bacon or jerky meat and roll up. Put in a closable baking dish with the seam side down so that it holds together.
  2. Clean the broccoli and cook in the broth until soft. Drain and puree with the cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the meat as a sauce.
  3. Cover and cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C - 225 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 180 ° C) for about 1 hour.
  4. This goes well with spaetzle, rice or white bread and salad.
  5. Tip: If you like, you can sprinkle some grated cheese over it at the end - but you don`t need it, it will be crispy and golden brown on top.
