- 500 g quark
- 1 ½ cup cream
- 2 cups natural yogurt
- 600 g raspberries
- 1 packet ladyfingers
- 1 bar chocolate, white
- 3 tablespoon, leveled powdered sugar

- Put 150 g berries in a mold, preferably a glass mold. Mix the quark and natural yoghurt. Whip the cream and fold in. Evenly distribute the mixture over the berries in the mold.
- Put the ladyfingers on top as a new layer. Puree the remaining berries. Add the powdered sugar and spread evenly over the ladyfingers.
- Finally, grate the white chocolate and pour it on top as the last layer. Then store in the refrigerator for approx. 3 - 5 hours until consumption.
- Tip: It is best to put the chocolate in the refrigerator for some time beforehand so that the grating works better. Instead of raspberries, other berries, e.g., strawberries can be used.
