Ingredients
- 150 g butter, or mararine
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 grams sugar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), including juice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla or 40 g cornstarch
For the meringue topping:
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g suar
- 250 g blueberries, firsch or frozen

- Mix the soft butter with the eggs, egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Add lemon juice and the flour, pudding powder, baking powder and fold in loosely.
- Smooth the batter into a greased (30 cm diameter or 30 cm x 25 cm square) form.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, pour in the sugar, and keep beating until the sugar has dissolved.
- Mix in the blueberries and spread the topping on the batter.
- Bake lightly at 160 ° for approx. 30-40 minutes.
