Brizoli with Waffle Cakes, Sweet Peppers and Herbs

In appearance and taste, these brizols resemble whites, only instead of dough, thin, brittle wafer cakes are used – a purchased semi-finished product convenient for all kinds of snacks and cakes. Brizoli with waffle cakes, bell peppers, and herbs is a wonderful breakfast dish.

Ingredients

  • Small waffles – 42 pcs.
  • Minced chicken – 300 g
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Fresh parsley – 50 g
  • Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Flour – 100 g
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper mix to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products according to the list.
  2. Cut the onions into cubes and send them to a frying pan with hot vegetable oil. Fry the onions for 2-3 minutes, until transparent.
  3. Chop the fleshy red peppers into small squares and chop the sprigs of fresh parsley.
  4. Combine minced chicken, bell peppers, herbs in a bowl, salt, grind the pepper mixture with the help of a mill. We mix.
  5. Add the fried onion and stir again. The brizole filling is ready.
  6. Shake eggs and milk in another container, season a little with salt and pepper.
  7. Place the minced meat filling with vegetables between two waffles. Press gently with your fingers.
  8. We dip wafer cakes with meat filling in ice cream (egg-milk mixture). Do not keep in liquid for a long time, the waffles soak very quickly and burst. Sprinkle with flour on all sides immediately.
  9. We spread the brizoli with waffle cakes, tomatoes, and herbs in a pan with hot vegetable oil. Fry the brizoli over low heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  10. Serve homemade brizols with waffles hot or slightly cooled.
