Ingredients
- 300 g soup meat
- 300 g potato (s)
- 1 can beans (green beans)
- salt and pepper
- Vinegar, lemon juice or wine, white
- sugar

- Cook the soup meat for about 1 hour, then remove it. Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook the potatoes and green beans for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the meat into small pieces. Then add to potatoes and beans. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar until it tastes slightly sweet and sour.
