Ingredients
- 200 g broccoli, frozen
- 500 g potato (s)
- 100 g smoked tofu
- 5 tomato (s), dried, diced
- salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
For the cast:
- 200 g tofu, (silken tofu)
- 1 tablespoon yeast flakes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon herbs (parsley, chives)
- 1 teaspoon, leveled turmeric
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 1 pinch (s) pepper, freshly ground

- Boil, peel and slice potatoes. Dice smoked tofu and fry in oil. Add the sun-dried tomatoes. Add broccoli florets and fry for about 3 minutes. Place in a bowl with the potatoes.
- Mix the ingredients for the topping and mix with the potato and broccoli vegetables. Spread in two casserole dishes and bake for 30-40 minutes at 190 ° C.
