- 1 head broccoli
- 6 medium potato (s)
- 2 turkey schnitzel
- 2 teaspoons broth
- Chicken seasoning
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- Mozzarella, grated
- 2 teaspoons salt

- Peel and roughly dice the potatoes and cook with 2 teaspoons of salt for about 15 minutes. Wash the broccoli, cut into florets and cook in the broth for about 10 minutes until al dente.
- Cut turkey escalope into strips, fry in butter and season with fried chicken.
- Drain the potatoes and broccoli after the cooking time and place in a greased baking dish. Add the fried turkey meat, pour the hollandaise sauce over it and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Then bake for about 25 - 30 minutes at 200 ° C fan oven.
