  • 1 broccoli, just the stalk it
  • 2 medium carrot (s)
  • 1 medium potato (s)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 300 g water
  • 50 g cream, approx.
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • Herbs, fresh and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Clean and peel the broccoli stalk. Chop coarsely. Clean and cut the carrots. Peel and cut the potato and onion. Braise the vegetables in oil, then add water and cook. Pressure cooker takes 3 minutes, normal saucepan around 15-20 minutes. Then puree and add the cream and spices. Serve with fresh herbs.
