Ingredients
- 300 g pasta
- Water (salt water)
- 500 g broccoli
- 2 processed cheese corners
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
- 2 teaspoons paprika spread
- 250 ml water
- 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
- cornstarch
- pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- Cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and cook in plenty of water until firm to the bite. At the same time, cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite.
- In the meantime, heat the water with the vegetable stock and finally add the processed cheese over a low heat and let it melt while stirring. Then stir in the paprika spread as well. Let the sauce simmer until it has thickened a little. Tie off with a little starch if necessary. Season with pepper and paprika if you like.
- Finally mix the pasta, paprika-cheese sauce and broccoli, lightly toast the sunflower seeds without fat and finally pour over them.
