- 1 head broccoli, approx. 500 g
- Salt water
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 1 lemon (s), organic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill

- Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Peel the garlic and cut into fine cubes. Wash the lemon under hot water and rub the peel. Squeeze half of the lemon.
- Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch for 2 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain in a colander.
- Heat the olive oil in another pan or in a wok and let the garlic sear a little over a low heat. Add the broccoli and toss in the garlic oil until it is cooked but still has a bite.
- Finally add the lemon zest, season with lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste.
- Tastes very tasty as an accompaniment to fish or any kind of meat.
