Brownie Chocolate Muffin

Brownie Chocolate Cake is one of the most popular desserts in the world. Anyone who has tried it at least once will hardly forget its rich chocolate taste. Try it too! I am sharing the recipe with you!
Cook: 2 hour
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
- Chocolate – 300 grams (200 grams in the dough, 100 grams in the glaze)
- Flour – 180 Grams
- Soda – 1 Teaspoons
- Cocoa – 2 Art. spoons
- Sugar – 100 Grams
- Cream – 50 Milliliters (from 33% fat)
- Butter – 150 grams (100 grams in dough, 50 grams in icing)
- Egg – 3 Pieces
Directions
- Melt the butter and chocolate.
- Beat eggs and sugar separately.
- Pour in the chocolate mass. Stir in cocoa, baking soda and flour.
- Pour the dough into a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- For the icing, melt the chocolate with the cream and butter.
- Pour the finished, warm cake with chocolate icing.
- Refrigerate the cake for 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and treat yourself.
