Brownie in Tins

You can make a big pie, or just a couple of servings if you’re cooking for two for a romantic dinner or making a dish for the first time. Check out the recipe for a chocolate treat, how to make brownie in tins.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 4 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Vanilla – 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Eggs – 1 Piece
  • Flour – 1/3 Cup
  • Cocoa – 1/3 Cup
  • Baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1.  Place the butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave.
  2. Add sugar to melted butter, then microwave again for 15 seconds, remove and stir. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times to completely melt the sugar.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sweet butter mixture.
  4. Stir everything well until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt.
  6. Combine dry ingredients with slurry and stir.
  7. Grease 2 molds with butter, fill them with dough without adding to the very top.
  8. Bake the tins in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Put the finished baked goods on the wire rack and leave for a while.
  9. Enjoy a slightly cooled dessert.
