Brownie with Cranberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Butter – 300 Grams
- Dark chocolate – 250 grams
- Egg – 6 Pieces
- Granulated sugar – 600 Grams
- Vanilla Essence – 10 Milliliters
- Flour / s – 250 gram
- Cocoa powder – 60 Grams
- Nescafe coffee + water – 20 + 10 grams
- Baking powder for dough – 6 grams
- Walnut – 200 Grams
- Cranberry ice cream – 720 Grams (You can mix creamy ice cream and cranberry coolies.)
- Chocolate ganache – 5 grams
- Dried cranberries – 120 Grams
- Hot red pepper – 1 gram
- Dark chocolate – 3 Grams (Dark chocolate ganache. Ingredients.)
- Cream – 3 Milliliters
- Cognac – 1 Milliliter
- Pepper red paprika – 1 Gram
- Butter – 1 gram
Directions
- In a saucepan on the stove, heat the butter and chocolate in a water bath.
- Beat eggs with granulated sugar and vanilla essence in a mixer. Add the cocoa flour and baking powder to the egg mixture. Pour in nescafe coffee diluted with boiled water.
- Gradually add chopped walnuts, peppers, dried, finely chopped cranberries.

Put the mass in a frame on a silicone mat and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Refrigerate. Cut into squares. Garnish with chocolate ganache, a scoop of cranberry ice cream and a sprig of mint.
