Brownie with Cream Cheese

If you haven’t made a brownie before, then we need to fix it urgently! Such pastries are sold out with a bang at any buffet table or holiday. It is very delicate and aromatic. Worth trying.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 100 Grams
  • Chocolate 60% cocoa – 180 Grams
  • Butter – 110 Grams
  • Sugar – 260 Grams
  • Cream cheese – 250 Gram
  • Raspberry – 100 Grams
  • Egg – 3 Pieces
  • Salt – 0.25 Teaspoons
  • Baking powder – 0.5 teaspoons
  • Soda – 0.25 Teaspoons
  • Vanilla Sugar – 1 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the cheese layer. Mix cheese with 60 g sugar and yolk. In another bowl, cut butter into chunks with broken chocolate and melt in a water bath. Then add both types of sugar to the mixture.
  2. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, salt and soda. Add 2 eggs and protein to the cooled chocolate mixture, mix everything. Then stir in the flour, knead the dough.
  3. Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Pour half of the dough into a parchment-lined baking dish. Next, distribute the curd and fill with the remaining dough. Carefully level everything with a spatula, lay out the berries, crushing them a little.
  4. Bake the future brownie for 55 minutes, then cut into pieces, garnish with berries and serve with tea or coffee.
