Bruschetta with Cottage Cheese and Mushrooms

A quick snack with a glass of white wine, which you can prepare in 10-12 minutes. Mushrooms – any, except oily. Bread is also any.

Cook: 12 minutes

Ingredients

  • Rye baguette – 4-5 slices
  • Champignons – 150 g
  • Cottage cheese of any fat content – 80 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 2 pinches

Directions

  1. Cut the baguette into slices diagonally. Fry the slices in a skillet on both sides until golden brown, brushing with vegetable oil.
  2. Rinse the champignons in water, cut into slices and fry in a pan in the remaining vegetable oil.
  3. Coat the toasted slices of bread with cottage cheese and salt.
  4. Put the fried mushroom slices on the curd.
  5. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Garnish the cooked bruschetta with fresh herbs and serve.
