Bruschetta with Guacamole and Shrimps

An incredibly delicious snack or breakfast – bruschetta with guacamole and shrimps. This dish will be appropriate for a quiet family lunch or dinner, and at a party with friends. Any type of bread can be!

Ingredients

  • Avocado – 0.5 Pieces
  • Tomato – 1 Piece
  • Red onion – 0.5 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 0.25 Teaspoons
  • Shrimp – 60 Grams
  • Rye bread – 3-4 Pieces (slices)
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Ground black pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Soy Sauce – 1 Teaspoon (for serving)
  • Sesame Seeds – 3 Pinches (for serving)

Directions

  1. Prepare the indicated ingredients. You can use any type of bread to your liking. Boil shrimp in advance, fry it or simply defrost it in hot water if you purchased frozen seafood.
  2. Bruschetta is cooked on a toasted bread slice, so preheat a skillet and brush with vegetable oil. Place the slices of bread in a skillet and fry for a minute on each side until golden brown. Place the toasted bread on a plate.
  3. Peel the red onion, rinse and cut in half. Cut half of the root vegetable into small cubes. Peel half of the avocado, cut the flesh into the same small cubes. Empty both cuts into a bowl or bowl.
  4. Rinse the tomato in water, cut the core and cut the fruit into small cubes. Add to the container to the rest of the cuts, salt and pepper. Pour in lemon juice and vegetable oil, mix thoroughly.
  5. Place the guacamole on top of the bread slices and spread evenly over them.
  6. Peel the shrimps and place them on the guacamole in any order. Optionally – you can also finely chop them.
  7. Garnish the cooked bruschetta to your liking, drizzle with soy sauce and sesame seeds, and serve.
