Bruschetta with Lemon and Anise Jam

Bruschetta with lemon and anise jam – detailed recipe.

Ingredients

  • Baguette, cut into thin slices
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • 1/4 Art. water
  • Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon anise seed
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Candied lemon, for sprinkling

Directions

  1. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Spread with butter, sprinkle with salt and sugar. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 ° C until golden brown, for about 7 minutes. Remove slices of bread from the oven and cool slightly.
  2. Pour 1/4 tablespoon into a saucepan. water, add lemon zest, anise seeds, and 2 tbsp sugar. Place the saucepan on the stove and cook the jam over medium heat until thickened.
  3. Spread lemon and aniseed jam on slices of bread. Sprinkle with candied lemon and anise seeds.
