  • 500 g Brussels sprouts, fresh or frozen
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 80 g butter
  • 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the fresh Brussels sprouts, peel and finely chop the onion.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the onions until translucent, add the Brussels sprouts and fry for 8 minutes on a low heat. Deglaze with half of the vegetable stock and simmer until the Brussels sprouts are cooked through. Pour in the rest of the broth only if necessary. When the Brussels sprouts are done, stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste.
