Ingredients

  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 40 g butter
  • 40 grams flour
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoon condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and boil in ½ l salted water for 15 minutes, then strain and collect the boiling water.
  2. Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Top up with the Brussels sprouts water while stirring and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Whisk egg yolks with condensed milk and stir into the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the drained Brussels sprouts and serve.
