  • 3 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, roughly chopped smooth
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. For the salad dressing, beat the vinegar with 4 tablespoons of water, mustard, oil, sugar and garlic with the cutting stick until creamy, then season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  2. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook covered in slightly boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes, then drain and transfer to a bowl. Add the salad dressing and parsley and mix everything well.
  3. Let it steep for 10 minutes before serving.
