- 750 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 125 g bacon, mixed
- 4 sausages, raw, coarse or 500 g ground meat
- 300 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 cup broth
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper

- Wash and clean the Brussels sprouts and boil with 1 teaspoon of salt in water for five minutes. Pouring off.
- Dice the bacon separately and fry in a little oil. Form small dumplings out of the sausages or the meat and add to them. Halve or quarter the mushrooms and fry them too.
- Deglaze with the broth, add the Brussels sprouts, season and simmer gently to the desired cooking point.
