Ingredients

  • 1 kg headless burbot
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  1. We cut the fish into pieces, remove the heads.
  2. Salt, pepper, add spices and onions.
  3. We put the fish in a container, add the juice of the squeezed lemon and mix thoroughly.
  4. After 1 hour, you can start cooking. It is advisable to put the liver on the edge of the wire rack, as it cooks quickly.
  5. Don’t overdo it with lemon.
