Ingredients
- 200 g ham, diced
- 1 large onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 carrot (s)
- 0.5 ½ kohlrabi
- 5 medium potato (s)
- 1 liter water
- 2 teaspoons vegetable stock, instant
- some salt and pepper
- 2 leaves lovage
- some butter
- 5 pairs sausages (Viennese)

- Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a saucepan in the hot butter with the ham cubes. Fill up with water and add the diced potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi. Add the vegetable stock powder, the spices and let everything cook for about 30 minutes.
- Then everything is pureed with the hand blender. As an encore, there is a pair of Viennese, which are heated up with the soup.
