Ingredients

  • 60 g semolina
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped or chives rolls

Instructions

  1. Let the butter flow in a saucepan. Add semolina and roast until light brown. Deglaze with hot meat stock and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Season to taste with nutmeg and sprinkle with the parsley or chives rolls before serving.
  2. My kids love this soup. Quickly prepared and delicious.
