Burrito with Chicken and Rice

A hearty family snack can be prepared in minutes! … The burrito turns out to be very tasty and satisfying. The filling for burritos can be very diverse, you can use other meat, and instead of rice, use boiled beans, you can also add vegetables, in general, turn on your imagination and get creative!

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Tortilla 3 pcs.
  • Rice 5 tablespoons
  • Chicken 200 gram
  • Hard cheese 70 gram
  • Broth 100 ml
  • Green onions 1 gram
  • Garlic 1 tooth
  • Tomato sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
  • Chili to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and chili pepper. Fry the onions, garlic, and chili in vegetable oil for 1 minute add the disassembled chicken and tomato sauce. We mix.
  2. Add rice and some broth. Mix thoroughly and heat the mixture for a few minutes.
    Add the grated cheese and stir to melt the cheese.
  3. Put the filling on the tortilla and roll it into a roll. I have a small dia tortilla, and I like toppings more, so I just couldn’t roll a tortilla into a roll 🙂
  4. Before serving, if desired, the roll can be fried in a dry skillet. Bon Appetit!
