Butter Dough with Sour Cream (for Pies and Cheesecakes)

Excellent sour cream pies or delicious pastry cheesecakes can be made with sour cream dough for pies according to this recipe.

Servings: 6

Cook: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour – 500 g
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 1 glass
  • Eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Preheat a frying pan. Add a piece of butter. Melt butter over the lowest heat.
  2. Sift flour on a cake board (or in a bowl), fold it over with a mound.
  3. Make a depression in it, pour melted butter.
  4. Then put salt, sugar, sour cream, break eggs.
  5. Stir all ingredients with a spoon.
  6. Then, kneading by hand in a circle, knead a soft dough.
  7. Roll the resulting not very steep butter dough on sour cream into a ball, cover with a napkin and let sit for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Then roll out the dough, cut out mugs with a notch or glass and make pies or cheesecakes.
