Ingredients
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 1 banana (s)
- 50 g oatmeal
- 50 g corn flakes
- 50 g spelled flakes
- 50 g raisins
- 2 tablespoon common bran
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the buttermilk, cinnamon and honey. Mix oat and spelled flakes, corn flakes, raisins, linseed and edible bran well and divide between 2 plates or cereal bowls and pour the banana buttermilk over them.
