Ingredients
- 800 g potato (s), mainly waxy ones
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 800 g beans, white from the jar
- 100 g butter or mararine
- salt and pepper

- Peel the potatoes, cook until soft, drain and fill up with buttermilk, cream and sour cream. Add the butter and mash it until it is mushy.
- Add the beans and season with salt and pepper. Let it get hot. The soup must not boil! Apple pancakes go well with this.
