- 12 paper cases
- 250 g flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
- 1 egg (s)
- 125 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 250 g buttermilk
- Nutella, or other chocolate cream
- frosting
- Sugar sprinkles

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the paper (or silicone) muffin cups in the muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and buttermilk with a hand mixer until the dough has no more lumps.
- Fill all muffin cups with half of the batter and place in the muffin tin. Bake in the oven for 5 - 7 minutes. This means that the chocolate core does not sink afterwards. Take the tray out of the oven and put a teaspoon of chocolate cream in the center of each muffin. Spread the rest of the batter over it and bake the muffins in about 15 minutes.
- When the muffins have cooled down, you can decorate them with some (colored) frosting and sugar sprinkles, then they are great for children`s parties.
