- 2 cup desiccated coconut
- 0.5 ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 150 g butter

- Beat the eggs until frothy. Stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix flour and baking powder and add. Stir in 2 cups of buttermilk. Place the dough on a well-greased baking sheet. Mix coconut flakes and sugar and sprinkle on top.
