Ingredients

g 1,000 savoy cabbae, weihed cleaned
500 g minced meat, mixed
1 large onion (s), finely chopped
3 egg (s)
Salt and pepper, possibly caraway seeds
1 handful breadcrumbs, possibly a little more or less, purely a matter feeling

Instructions

Finely slice the savoy cabbage, blanch and let cool.
Mix the minced meat, the well-drained savoy cabbage and all the other ingredients to a batter.
Grease a baking dish or a loaf pan well, fill in the dough and bake at about 180 degrees for about an hour.
Boiled potatoes with a bacon - onion sauce taste great with it
