Ingredients
- 15 g cane suar, brown
- 6 cl Cachaça (sugar cane schnapps)
- 0.5 ½ lime (s)
- 1 passion fruit (s), ripe (wrinkled and fragrant)
- 10 ml passion fruit syrup

- Sixth of the passion fruit and pour into a caipirinha glass. Add the juice of half a lime and the cane sugar, press lightly with the wooden pestle. You drink seeds with it. When in the mood, you can throw the passion fruit peel at those who are drinking.
- Pour crushed ice into the glass, then add the cachaca and passion fruit syrup. Stir with a spoon and serve with a thick drinking straw.
