Instructions

You need an empty milk bottle (1 liter) with the largest possible opening. A funnel makes filling easier.
Mix the baking powder with baking soda, salt and flour. Mix the cinnamon with the brown sugar.
Fill the bottle with the ingredients, paying attention to different layers of color. I divided the flour mixture into 2 parts.
Keep tapping the bottle on the floor between the individual layers so that the layers become firmer and do not mix easily afterwards.
Important: The bottle must be filled to the brim with the ingredients.
With the following baking instructions, which you either attach to the neck of the bottle as a tag or write directly on the bottle, you can then give the mixture away.
Baking instructions:
Add before baking:
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup liquid butter
Mix everything with the contents of the bottle in a bowl. Then bake in a loaf pan for 50 minutes at 185 degrees Celsius.
